How I like to work with you
Once you have decided to commission a portrait, we talk about what you want, how big and who you want in the painting. I take several photos of you and as the painting is being worked on I will ask for another sitting if this is possible. I find that as clients lives are busy its often hard to put aside several hours during daylight hours to sit. Animal portraits are done only by photos. I take many photos of your pet while getting to know them.
I take a desposit of half the portrait fee before beginning and the balance at pickup. I am often asked how much a portrait will cost. This varies naturally with the size and complexity of the painting.
